Solid stay, some minor issues
super king size bed quiet room excellent staff
I booked a Beautiful King Room. The room included a super king size bed and was really quiet. The location is near good restaurants. I found the reception staff was excellent.
The room was not exactly as advertised. I saw other rooms with a better view on the website photos, I saw an industrial air con outlets.

Breakfast was a good option to have. I did saw that the selections allow for substitutions. The Indian restaurant is a good one to visit for dinner, they have many options.

The hotel has a garden area outside. The hotel stored my suitcase before check-in, this was very useful. The building has stairs, consider this with mobility issues.

The staff looked after my bicycle well. The bar server was attentive and helpful with all the patrons needs. Check out was fast and efficient without any delay.

the beautiful king room was spacious i could easily do my morning stretches there the bathroom included both a separate tub and a shower stall the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices each morning.
the elevators seemed a little slow during peak hours i sometimes waited a few minutes.

gym equipment cardio equipment housekeeping service room noise flat pillow uncomfortable bed
the gym had a good range of equipment. i noticed a treadmill an elliptical machine a bike and a rowing machine. there was also a matrix multifunctional machine. the housekeeping service was good.
my room was noisy at times. i could hear noises from other rooms. the bed was not very comfortable the pillows were quite flat.

The room was clean daily and always had fresh towels. i liked having air conditioning that worked well. the housekeeping service provided clean towels each day, and i appreciate that. i also liked the garden. It felt very peaceful.
the room i booked was very small. the pictures made it seem more spacious.
